Please note that there is a $100 fee for the Cornerstone Lakes Homeowners Association to provide you with a Paid Assessment Letter. Please complete the fields below and remit your $100 payment via the payment option. Processing may take up to 10 business days. However, expedited 72-hour processing can be requested for an additional $50 should you need the document sooner.

If all of the correct information is not provided or your payment is not remitted, processing your request for a Paid Assessment Letter will be delayed until all information and payment are received.
