Paid Assessment Letter

Step 1 - Is this the correct HOA? 

There are several HOAs in this neighborhood, and it's common for people to get confused. Please follow these steps carefully to verify if an address is within our HOA before requesting a Paid Assessment Letter.

  1. Click the square in the top right corner of the map below to open a larger view in a new tab.

  2. Once the larger map opens, select the magnifying glass tool.

  3. Enter the street number of the address you are inquiring about to see if it appears on the list.

  4. If the address shows up on the list, it is part of our HOA.

  5. If the address does not appear on the list, it is not in our HOA, and we cannot provide you with a PAL (Paid Assessment Letter).

 

Step 2 - Complete the form below and pay all fees. 

 

Important Reminder:

We require the buyer’s direct contact information. Please do not use the buyer's attorney’s contact details (email or phone number) as this will result in your request being denied.

 

Please be aware that there is a fee for the Cornerstone Lakes Homeowners Association to provide a Paid Assessment Letter. To begin, complete the fields below and submit your payment through the provided payment option. Processing may take up to 10 business days. However, if you need the document sooner, you may request expedited processing within 72 hours for an additional $50.

 

If any required information is missing or payment is not submitted, processing of your request will be delayed until everything is complete.
