Why do we have an HOA?
The Homeowner's Association is a non-profit corporation created to coordinate neighborhood communications, help preserve property values, and maintain common properties of the association. The board members are elected by the homeowners and serve one to two-year terms.
The dues we collect, assist with maintaining and improving properties in our association such as the two monument signs, four gardens at the entrances of the community, and the medians on Camden and Bainbridge.
We also work to encourage harmonious partnerships between our homeowners. Our goal is to ensure that one person's opinion doesn't go past their property line and that we truly embrace the wishes of the community as a whole.
