The Owner of each lot may (but need not) erect a fence on the inferior boundary of the Owner’s Lot. No fencing shall be installed by an Owner on the above mentioned Landscape Buffer Easement. Any fencing which as Owner erects on a lot with a Landscape Buffer Easement must be placed on the Owner lot at the inside edge of the Easement.
Any fence which is erected on the Owner’s Lot shall be subject to the following:
a. The fence shall be (6) feet tall.
b. The fence should be constructed with up to six (6) inch cedar boards and shall be what is commonly known as “board on board” construction (shadowbox fence); or shall be a composite or vinyl privacy fence constructed of boards no smaller that five (5) inches wide, and
c. The material for the fence shall be made of cedar, or wolmanized wood, or Copperwood or Vinyl (PVC) or Composite.
d. The Owner shall, before constructing any fence, submit his/her plan (location and type) for the fence to the City for approval.
